Helium Digital provides free product support via email 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you have a question or concern regarding the set up or operation of your Helium Digital product, please follow the steps outlined below;

Many of the most common questions are posted here, and it may help to answer your questions, or resolve any issues you may be having.
2.) If you could not find an answer to your question in the Frequently Asked Questions, please send an email to support@heliumdigital.com with your question. You will usually receive a response back within 6 - 12 hours.
For warranty service on your Helium Digital product, please email support@heliumdigital.com and be sure to include the model number of the item purchased, the place and date of purchase, and outline any issues you may be having.
For items that were purchased on our web site, we will accept returns for 30 days from the initial date of purchase. In all cases, a return authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing support@heliumdigital.com.
Return Policies for items purchased on the website are as follows;
1.) For defective products within the warranty period, the item will be replaced free of charge once it has been received back at our warehouse, and confirmed defective.
2.) For unopened items the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Helium Digital, and a full credit for the purchase (less shipping charges) will be made to the customers account.
3.) For items that have been opened but are not defective, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Helium Digital, and a credit for the purchase will be made to the customers account once received, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
