- What are the shipping charges for orders placed on your website?
We offer some of the most reasonable shipping charges you will find anywhere online. During checkout, you will be able to select from the following shipping options;
For orders over $25, the following options are available;
- Expedited Parcel (Within Canada) 4-7 Business Days - $7.99
- Xpress Post (Within Canada) 2-5 Business Days - $14.99
- Expedited Parcel (Within USA) 4-7 Business Days - $9.99
- Xpress Post (Within USA) 2-5 Business Days - $19.99
For orders under $25, shipping charges are $5.99. All orders under $25 will default to Expedited shipping only. Xpress Post is not available for orders under $25.
All funds listed above are shown in Canadian dollars. There are no additional shipping charges when placing orders for multiple items (or multiple units of the same item).
- Your website only shows pricing in Canadian dollars. How can I make a purchase with my US credit card?
When you make a purchase on the Helium Digital website using a U.S. credit card, your transaction will automatically be converted to US dollars using the current exchange rate by your credit card provider. To get a rough idea of the charge in US dollars before purchasing, you can visit http://www.xe.com and use their real time currency conversion calculator.
- How long after I place my order, will the order ship to me?
Orders placed before noon can usually expect same day shipping, while orders placed after noon can expect next day shipping.
- What is your return policy?
For items purchased on our web site, we will accept returns for 30 days from the initial date of purchase of the item. In all cases, a return authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing support@heliumdigital.com. Return Policies are as follows;
For defective products within the warranty period, the item will be replaced free of charge once it has been received back at our warehouse, and confirmed defective.
For unopened items the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Helium Digital, and a full credit for the purchase (less shipping charges) will be made to the customers account.
For items that have been opened but are not defective, the customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Helium Digital, and a credit for the purchase will be made to the customers account once received, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
- What is your privacy policy?
We are the only ones with access to the information collected on the Helium Digital web site. We only collect information that you voluntarily provide us via email, online check-out, or other direct contact from you. We will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than specific organizations that we work with during the process of fulfilling your order (i.e.- shipping couriers).
- Do you ship internationally?
Only orders within North America can currently be purchased directly on our website. We can arrange shipments worldwide when paid by PayPal. To inquire on shipping charges to your country, or to arrange an international order please click here.
- Does Helium Digital have a physical store that I can purchase products from?
At this time, we do not. Helium Digital products can only be purchased through this web site, or through select retailers in Canada.
- How can I ensure that my credit card information is secure?
All personal information that is submitted to Helium Digital is collected, maintained and secured in the strictest of confidence. Whenever we collect sensitive information via our web site, it is digitally encrypted using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. You can verify your shopping session is secure during the "check-out" procedure by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. This identifies that you are currently in an SSL protected area.
- Do you offer any special promotions on products purchased through the web site?
From time to time we may have special offers on selected products, so please check back to this web site for the latest information on special promotions.
- Do I need my original proof of purchase in order to make a warranty claim?
If the purchase was made on our web site, we will have a record of it. If you purchased the product from a retail store you will likely need the original sales receipt, dependant upon the return policies of that particular retailer.
